Description

We will give an introduction to sequential and adaptive designs for late phase clincial trials. This will cover (at least) classical group sequential designs including the error spending function approach, adaptive combination tests,  the condititonal error rate and rejection probability principles, the concept of conditional power, methods for sample size adaptions, p-values, confidence intervals and point estimates for group sequential and adaptive designs.
